Bungalow renting

Conditions:

In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights: from Friday to Friday or from Sunday to Sunday
The rest of the month the minimum stay is 2 nights
Stays for 1 night: if there are availability (telephone us to know availability)
Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. According to availability a late check-out is possible paying a supplement
Bed linen and towels are included
Dogs are not allowed inside the bungalow
At departure the bungalows must be tidy and clean. You can have the bungalow cleaned for an additional payment of 50€.
Smoking is not alowed

Conditions:

Dogs are allowed but must always be on a leash.

General terms and conditions

To confirm the reservation you must deposit %40 of the quantity corresponding to the whole stay within 7 day from the pre reservation.
The cancellation of the reservation must always be notified in writing and notifying the campsite of the bank data necessary to carry out the corresponding reimbursement:
□ If the reservation is cancelled over 30 days before arrival, the amount sent will be returned minus 5%
□ If it is cancelled over 15 and below 30 days, the amount minus 40%
□ If it is cancelled over 7 and below 15 days, the amount minus 60%
□ There is no right to a refund if it is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.
The guest must pay the total of the reservation/contracted lodging. At no moment will the days in which the lodging is not occupied be deducted.
The guest is responsible for the correct use of the campsite installations, as well as the elements and equipment that are available in the Bungalow.
Upon arrival, a cash security deposit of 100 Euros must be made to cover any possible damages or cleaning that would have to be conducted in the bungalow. The deposit will be returned upon check-out once the state of the bungalow has been verified.
