Purpose of the Club Camping Zumaia program

The purpose of the Club Camping Zumaia program is to offer an ongoing promotion based on discounts for participants. The discount will be applied to their stay at Camping & Bungalows Zumaia.

1. All individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain or any country where participation in loyalty programs is not prohibited may register for the Club Camping Zumaia program.

2. To participate in Club Camping Zumaia, it is essential to complete the registration form through the website: www.campingzumaia.com. Registration by telephone will not be valid.

3. The benefits of Club Camping Zumaia will apply exclusively to the member of the camping club, to the stay in which the member is included, and to reservations made directly with Camping Bungalows Zumaia (Reservations by phone: +34 943 86 04 75, at www.campingzumaia.com, at info@campingzumaia.com, via Facebook, or WhatsApp).

4. The account holder's identification is carried out through the database created from Club Camping Zumaia registrations.

5. Membership in the Zumaia Camping Club is completely free and does not entail any cost for the user.

6. Currently, membership in the Zumaia Camping Club does not have a set expiration date. Camping & Bungalows Zumaia reserves the right to withdraw membership in the Zumaia Camping Club in case of misuse. If the membership is withdrawn by Camping & Bungalows Zumaia, if the member unsubscribes from the Zumaia Camping Club, or if the Zumaia Camping Club ceases operations, the database generated by the Zumaia Camping Club will be transferred to the Camping & Bungalows Zumaia's own database. If you do not wish your data to remain with the Camping & Bungalows Zumaia, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe form on the Camping & Bungalows Zumaia website.

7. The advantages and benefits of the Zumaia Camping Club cannot be combined with any other offers and/or commercial promotions not offered by the Zumaia Camping Club, and will not apply to reservations not made directly through Camping & Bungalows Zumaia.

8. The advantages of the Zumaia Camping Club apply exclusively to the current rates (low, mid, or high season) unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer.

9. Changes: Camping & Bungalows Zumaia and the benefits included in the Zumaia Camping Club are subject to change without prior notice. However, members will be informed of any changes as soon as possible. Camping & Bungalows Zumaia disclaims all liability for any changes that may occur before the member is notified.

10. The customer authorizes the inclusion of their personal data in the Automated File under the responsibility of Camping & Bungalows Zumaia. This data will be used exclusively for marketing purposes. Similarly, the user's consent for the processing and transfer of personal data may be revoked at any time without retroactive effect, in accordance with Articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data. 11. Membership in the Camping Zumaia Club implies acceptance of its terms and conditions.

12. Applicable discounts will not be applied until the customer has received their promotional code via social media, which must be presented at reception upon arrival at the campsite and only after the first stay.
