General Conditions

• PEOPLE UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL TUTORS.
• GROUPS OF MORE THAN 5 ADULTS WON’T BE ACCEPTED (EXCEPT COUPLES AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY)
• NO REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

BUNGALOWS

• In July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights: from Tuesday to Tuesday, Friday to Friday or from Sunday to Sunday
• The rest of the seasons the minimum stay is 2 nights
• Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. According to availability a late check-out is possible paying a supplement, until 19:00.
• Bed linen and towels are included
• Dogs are not allowed in the bungalows
• At departure the bungalows must be tidy and clean. You can have the bungalow cleaned for an additional payment of 50€
• Smoking is prohibited
• The customer is responsible for the proper use of the facilities of the campsite, as well as all items and equipment that are available in the Bungalow.
• Upon arrival a pre-authorization will be made as a deposit of 100 euros on a bank card, to cover possible damage or cleaning that it had to make to the bungalow. This pre-authorization will be canceled the day departure after checking the State of the bungalow.

To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay, within a period of 7 days from the reservation

PITCH/PLOTS

The reservation general conditions (hereinafter) will regulate the commercial relationship arising between CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL and the user or customer by hiring through the forms that CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL puts at your disposal in your www.campingzumaia.com

The reserve through the web sites of CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL will involve acceptance, by the customer or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as of the use conditions laid down for the navigation of the user through the property pages CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL.

These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of legal norms on the matter that are applicable for each case.

Prices.

Each possible reservation offered will have its price indicated and if it has VAT or any other taxes that may be applicable. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at any time, except for typographical errors When the price is different for the reason stated above, CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL will notify the customer, via e-mail, before proceeding to collect the reservation.

Availability.

The availability of the offers offered by CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client could be complete at that time. Payment Methods.

The establishment reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client. The customer may pay the amount of his service by choosing any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

1. VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are performed using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit travels encrypted through the network.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that will remain obligated to CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Stay cancellation.

The stay cancellation may be made according to the following deadlines:

In low / medium / high season:

• With more than 1 month notice: 5% of the amount sent when the cancellation is made more than one month in advance
• With more than 15 days and less than 30 days from the date of entry: 40% of the amount sent if the cancellation is made with 30 or less days and more than 15
• With more than 7 days and less than 15 days from the date of entry: 60% of the amount sent if the cancellation is made with 15 or less days and more than 7
• Less than 7 days: 100% of the amount sent when done with 7 days or less

The cancellation request must be submitted in writing and sent by fax to: 943 86 04 75 or email: reservas@campingzumaia.com.

The user must pay the entire agreed / reserved stay. In no case will the amount of the days of the reservation that you have not enjoyed be refunded.

The penalty will be made to the credit card number provided by the user at the time of booking.

Cancellation of the reservation due to force majeure.

In case of force majeure and always accompanied by a receipt by email, the campsite offers the possibility of enjoying the reserved stay on another date within the current year, without applying any economic penalty, updating the price according to the season.

In case of cancellation of the stay on the new date chosen by the client, the campsite will keep 100% of the amount paid.

If the client does not opt for the change of date and decides to cancel the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded less 5% for management fees.

The 5% management fee will be charged to the credit card number provided by the user at the booking time.The cancellation request must be submitted in writing and sent by fax to 943 86 04 75 or email: reservas@campingzumaia.com.

According to what is established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the treatment system owned by CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL with CIF B75061721 and registered office at BASUSTA BIDEA, 16 20750, ZUMAIA (GUIPÚZCOA), in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between both parties. In compliance with current regulations, CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to comply with the precepts mentioned above.

Until you tell us otherwise, we understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use them for the aforementioned purposes.

CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL informs that it will proceed to treat the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, pertinent, limited, exact and updated manner. That is why CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that they are suppressed or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

In accordance with the rights conferred by current legislation on data protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment of them, by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email info@campingzumaia.com.

You may contact the competent Control Authority to submit the claim that you consider appropriate.

Likewise, CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL is domiciled in GUIPÚZCOA, Spain.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of CAMPING & BUNGALOWS ZUMAIA SL, in order to meet the commitments arising from the relationship We keep with you.

You may in any case revoke the consent given to the receipt of the electronic invoice at any time by sending an e-mail to the email address info@campingzumaia.com.
